Rutgers The State University of New Jersey Semester 1

UQ Program: Bachelor of Economics

Studying abroad was one of the best experiences of my life and one that I will treasure and look fondly upon for the rest of my life. The friendships forged are ones which will last a lifetime. I implore every UQ student considering a student exchange to definitely take part.

I am a final year Bachelor of Economics student and studied abroad at Rutgers University during their Spring semester; I completed 4 economics courses and 1 elective. The New Brunswick campus is situated in New Jersey, just a 50 minute bus/train ride from New York the city that never sleeps.

The New Brunswick (NB) campus accommodates a large student population approximately 36,000 students. NB is split into 4 sub campuses, all of which are easily accessible via Rutgers free bus service; one of the many great services offered by Rutgers. From an academic perspective, I found the work to be much easier than that of UQ, but that was offset by the considerable amount of assessment per course. One of my courses had 10 assessments, consisting of 5 exams and 5 assignments; another course had 5 exams.

As you can imagine, it is imperative that you keep on top of your work on a weekly basis, otherwise you can easily fall behind. On average, I had "Anadrol 50" between 1 2 assessments per week, starting in week 2 of the semester. However, knowing that you only need to pass your courses eases the pressure somewhat; UQ only lists on your academic transcript if you pass a course there is no difference whether you just pass Masteron Cutting or receive 100% for a course.

Whilst studying at Rutgers I lived just off College Ave campus at Rockoff Hall. I highly recommend students live there during their exchange it is a modern 12 storey building which accommodates all the international students and many Americans too. It costs around $5000 per semester for accommodation, but it worth it; you receive a 2 bedroom apartment for "Achat Anabolisant Belgique" 4 people, which includes a living room, kitchen and 2 bathrooms it very spacious. Most of my friends lived at Rockoff and were from all over the world: Turkey; England; the Netherlands; South Korea; Costa Rica; France; Germany; and Norway, to name a few. Now I have friends all over the world, which comes in handy if you ever need to stay somewhere for free whilst travelling overseas.

During my exchange, I completed volunteer work on a weekly basis with autistic children for VSA New Jersey; it was just around the corner from Rockoff Hall. I "Anaboliset Aineet" highly recommend getting involved in this program during your exchange as it is very rewarding and the kids and "Anaboliset Aineet" their families are wonderful.

Make sure you travel as much as possible during the semester. Some of the places I was fortunate enough to visit during my semester include: New York; Boston; Washington; Philadelphia; Princeton; Is Dianabol Hard On The Liver Atlantic City; Harvard, Princeton and MIT universities; Miami; Orlando; Disney Mesterolone Antidepressant World; and Universal Studios, to name a few. There are so many places you can visit easily from New York I recommend using Megabus for your travels from NYC; it affordable "buy cheap jintropin online" and convenient.

There is so much to see and do in NYC alone: Broadway; The Statue of Liberty; Central Park; The MET; Empire State building; Times Square; Wall Street; and the Rockefeller Centre, to name a few. The list of activities in NYC seems almost endless make sure you explore this amazing city!

Reflecting upon my student exchange, it was an incredible once in a lifetime opportunity that I wouldn change for the world. The friends you make during your exchange become your family. My only regret is that I didn study abroad for two semesters. If you are fortunate enough to complete an exchange at Rutgers, I can assure you that you will not regret it. So what are you waiting for? Apply to Rutgers!
